PROJECT OPTIONS VS. HOURLY OPTIONS

The main difference between the project and hourly options is that the Project Option is reserved for more complicated tasks that are often longer in duration than the Hourly Option.  The Hourly Option is mostly for filling in for office staff when needed or handling jobs that involve less time and energy than a full project assignment.

PROJECT OPTION

The Project Option involves services that you, the client, determine with Small Pieces LLC.  The project process will happen in three phases.

  1. Phase One involves a free 1 hour consultation with Elizabeth to discuss the details of the project.

  2. Phase Two is where Elizabeth prepares a contract and submits it back to the client for revisions and approval.

  3. Phase Three includes completion of the project and an exit meeting with the client to make sure the contract details have been fulfilled.

HOURLY OPTION

The Hourly Option includes services the client and Small Pieces LLC agree upon.  Hourly Options are also based on three phases.

  1. Phase One includes a free 1/2 hour consultation where the needs of the client are determined.

  2. Phase Two is where Elizabeth prepares a contract and submits it back to the client for revisions and approval.

  3. Phase Three includes completion of the project and an exit meeting with the client to make sure the contract details have been fulfilled.
